Would highly recommend. Kieran and his team were extremely punctual and explained the whole job process to me making sure I understood what was being done. Would highly recommend.

We had a leak and major tile decoration over 4 sides to our roof on a 17th century property. Access was difficult due to neighbouring property. Firstly the scaffolding firm that Keiran used were meticulous in keeping the scaffolding off of our neighbours property. Keiran and his team were extremely efficient and worked completely within Thier quoted timescale. I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking for roofing work or repairs.

Kieran and his team are excellent at their work. They are polite, reliable and very hard working. I was particularly impressed by Kieran that he would inform me of the progress of the work, and explained to me regarding the status of the roof. Now, the roof looks great. Although this guy was young he did an excellent job. It was a very complicated job as the original roof was concrete making it a very dangerous structure near to collapse but Kieran started and finished the job when he said he would. The pricing was fair and Kieran was always courteous and kept us up to date everyday by phone call. We inspected the roof at the end. I can’t recommend this company and Kieran enough. If my house needs a new roof I’d call Kieran.

I needed a roofer to repair a hole in the roof. Kieran completed this and came back to do further work because he saw a post I made on Facebook looking for additional work! He has also advised where I had previous poor quality work done and what I could do Reasonably priced and very personable Highly recommend

Repair and replacement of flat roofs over dormer windows. Kieran and his team at Sinclair Roofing did a great job repairing my damaged dormer flat roofs. Arrived on time and finish as promised. I am pleased with their quality, professionalism, and overall service, from the contact made through to the survey and the work they do. The place was left clean and tidy, too. Since completing the work, we have had terentil rain on several occasions and all is water tight! I recommend Kieran and his team at Sinclair Roofing.
