Nat Sly is a rare find. Highly professional, he explains everythingand always engenders confidence in all the work he does. We have used many different plumbers and heating engineers and were at an absolute loss as to where to go or who to use when our plumber for the previous 25 years retired. We definiteky struck lucky when we came across Nat and his company H2 Flow. It's never a great time when things go wrong with your plumbing or heating system, but Nat's politeness, speed and efficiency in putting things right often at very short notce is a breath of fresh air.

Our toilet was not working correctly, thinking I needed a full replacement, I contacted Nat for the work. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the existing toilet so that it is now working perfectly. Much more straightforward, easier and cheaper. He also fitted me in so the repair was prompt, no more wasted water. I have used Nat before for various plumbing jobs, he is always professional and totally reliable. If I need a plumber, I just call him because I know everything will be perfect. Highly recommended.

Happened to spot Nat’s van near a neighbour’s house. As I had a leaking tap, I called by and asked him if could have a look for me. Within a short time, he arrived and after checking over the problem, he suggested the taps be replaced. Given their age, I agreed and in no time, he had collected a pair of taps from the supplier and fitted them. All in all, a great job at a fair price. I fully recommend Nat for any plumbing work you may need,

Nat was so efficient, recommended by local What's App group - work done on same day he quoted , all done quickly and perfect results! He was clean and tidied up, and best of all well priced invoices! No hesitation in recommending Nat for any plumbing and will certainly use again when needed

I cannot recommend Nat highly enough. He came out at short notice (within an hour of my call), quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and fitted a replacement part (and serviced the boiler for good measure). He was fast, efficient and very tidy and, having used him previously where equally good service was provided, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a reliable heating engineer.
