  • Leaking Cistern and Soil Pipe

    I had a slow leak in the small downstairs cloakroom. I thought it was from the soil pipe. Ethan came around to look and discovered that although there was a small problem with the soil pipe the major problem was there was a leak from the pipe going into the cistern and the water from that was dripping down onto the soil pipe, running around it and then hitting the floor. Ethan quoted me a very reasonable price and undertook the work. It probably was not the easiest job due to very limited space around the toilet. But Ethan persevered and fixed both issues. Highly recommended.

He came round the day after being contacted, determined the problem with old tap not being fit for our high water pressure, and fitted the new tap the same day. His workmanship and tidiness couldn't be faulted. Price was very reasonable as well. Can thoroughly recommend.
