Had a utility,bathroom extension and some internal work.
The work was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, everything was run well with arranging for plumbers to come in, plasterers. Everything was kept clean and tidy, came at time stated and full day carried out, kept in touch with me so I knew what was being done where and when , all done on time, I would definitely use again and would also highly recommend.

House renovation and rear extension
I initially used Colin to renovate my property in 2016 after he was recommended. He was very reliable and stuck within the time frame and budget he quoted. He completed the work to a very high standard. He subsequently has done work for other family members who are also very happy with his work. I more recently used him to do a rear extension and again the work was completed to the highest standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future or recommend him to others.

Rear extension and internal alterations
Turned our standard bungalow into something quite special and unique to us. Rear extension, internal alterations and complete refurbishment of the original bungalow. Came up with some good suggestions and overcome a few problems not of Hacienda's making. Would recommend for both new build and internal alterations.

Demolish and rebuild timber framed outbuilding, replace roof, fascias and guttering.
The work carried out was to a high standard, on time and professional. All the tradesmen were very polite and trustworthy, and did fantastic jobs. Would highly recommend.

Garage Conversion
Colin and his team completed my garage conversion earlier than anticipated. I am very happy with the works completed. The works are completed to excellent specification. Colin and his team worked very hard and no issue was too small to deal with and he kept me up to date with works and issues. I would recommend Hacienda for any project and have already mentioned to Colin about future Projects on my property. Great job and I would used Hacienda again.
