Shambolic doesn't do it justice. If you're reading this do yourself a favour and move on. I can only deduct the 100+ 5 star reviews are bots/fake reviews. I would give 0 if possible. Chris turned up for diagnosis as agreed and told me a part needed replaced - to the cost of £700. I asked if he could forward me the details of the part, which he never bothered to do. He had agreed and assured me he would be back on Monday following the weekend to fit the part. Chris knew there was a newborn baby in the house, Chris didn't care. Chris didn't turn up, and didn't answer his phone until Tuesday.
