Hafod installed my GSHP and have since been acquired by Certas. They no longer support/service previous customers which is a real issue within the industry. Avoid using them now as Certas appear terrible with equally terrible customer service.

Designed (after they did both a site visit and a separate paid technical survey by the former MD), contracted and fitted, an air to air ASHP to heat our 4 bed 1870s family home with no insulation. We only later discovered they are not registered or have any associated competent person scheme for their own design and install, but only after the final invoice was issued. So we have no competent person scheme, no completion certificate, no building regulations sign off or regularisation, no backing of any schemes we believed would help us if issues arose and seemingly no public liability coverage

In June 2022 I, made various statements on various online forums, including this one, regarding Hafod Renewable Energy Limited. I have since deleted the comments made and have agreed not to republish them in any format as they were not true, accurate or correct and I have been made aware that such statements should not have been posted. I understand how potentially damaging my actions have been to Hafod Renewable Energy Limited and for that I apologise unreservedly to Hafod Renewable Energy Limited for my behaviour.
