Replace Vent-Axia MVHR unit
I have been in contact with Vince over the last few months, discussing an older model, which wasn't working. I have found Vince very approachable, patient and professional throughout, especially as we had been let down by another more local tradesman. Initially he came to my son's flat to diagnose the problem, going away to try and source a replacement PCB. The PCB was no longer available for our model, so a replacement Vent-Axia unit was sourced from an online supplier, which was half the manufacturers price. Supply and instal 3 units
Excellent installation, Vince turned up on time to give a quote, which was accepted. A start date and time were agreed with the work to last 3 days. Vince and his team arrived as agreed and the work was started. I found Vince, and his team, to be easy to work with, the whole team were very polite, professional, courteous, and exceptionally clean workers. They made very little mess inside and out, any mess made was immediately dealt with.
