Came to repair dishwasher, 1st visit reliable, said needed new heating element which was ordered and fitted, a few weeks later same fault appeared, came back out eventually and said the pump was faulty and had to be replaced under warranty which was done a week later - now 2 months later the same error code appeared again - and said would visit a few days ago, but never showed up despite tenant waiting in for him - and now wont pick up calls - so will have to get a more reliable company in

Super responsive and flexible around a time that worked for me. Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, taking the time to properly inspect the dishwasher and talk me through how best to keep it working going forward. Would highly recommend and will definitely be in touch with him again when there are future problems!

Yousef was extremely polite and courteous. Very professional and honest young man. He came to fix the appliance on a Sunday for the same cost and with short notice. He also wanted to step outside before taking payment which I thought was very polite.
