They did the work I requested of them professionally. There was an unexpected complication. However, they were quick and handled it very well. Charlie was very professional, courteous, had a clear methodical sensible sound approach, therefore trustworthy. I will definitely hire them again.

Quality service from trustworthy supplier
Hale Electrics provided excellent service (and as such, we are repeat customers). Booking is straightforward, and were flexible when we needed to change an appointment. Charlie as the electrician was on time, efficient and worked cleanly. He provided clear advice while on site. We are happy with the repairs.

Worst business ever. Wasted my day and time
The asked me to come out and take a look. I waited for them they came out took measurements and all good. I got a quote. I accepted a quote and they told me they will come next day. All of a sudden they called said they can’t do the job and don’t have any time now. What a waste of time.

I wanted to take electrical services to the next level, our engineers are highly skilled, professional, polite, tidy and reliable, they also wear our distinct uniform. We use dust sheets and over-shoes in every customer’s house, arrive in a clean respectable van and have all the latest tools to do the work. Our ethos is to work in every house as if it were our own.
