• Wanted an electric combi-boiler to replace a gas combi-boiler.

  See my review on Google, this space is too short. They don't know their own products, they don't communicated, they just left me waiting at an appointment, they just lie by saying mailed me saying they don't install electric combi-boilers (which they didn't), and mislead people with their google ads which states they do electric boilers. (PS: there are only 4 reason to select for why I would NOT recommend this tradesperson...  none of them really fits my review but had to select something).

• New gas boiler

  Ashley and his crew was very responsive after our original boiler packed up. Sorted out the finance as things were especially short notice. The installation crew punctual and efficient cleared up after and balanced the system. That was 6 months ago. This weekend end of October could smell gas called Ash he sent one of his technicians Dan and sorted the minor leak very quickly. I would seriously recommend these guys

  I contacted this company about getting my fathers boiler looked at and had a reply within an hour, Ash was able to visit to inspect in the same day, and arranged for the work to be completed two days later. The whole process was seamless, Ash was really efficient, pleasant to deal with and did a great job. Both my father and myself are very happy and would highly recommend. Thankyou

• Boiler was showing a fault

  I ran Ashley straight away when I found the issue he patiently talked me through what was going on regarding the fault and offered to come straight away and look at it I postponed until the next day which Ashley turned up exactly the time I asked for His professionalism was outstanding and talked me through different options I could take even giving me a discount which I thought was amazing also very polite and knew exactly what he was talking about I am going to use Ashley when my boiler will be replaced 100% and I would recommend to anyone Also he didn’t rush at all 10/10
