Charged - but service wasn't provided. AVOID
Booked in for a battery fitting. Guy turned up late, tried, but said he wasn't able to fit it. Apologised and left. Halfords are still charging me for the service, despite it not being fitted and I'm still without a car. I called customer service and the lady was rude and didn't understand the issue.
