  Extension and refurbishment

  • Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve and assisted us to bring the original design within budget. • Communicated effectively and worked with us to achieve our aims during the build. • Tom was on site every day until we moved back in minimizing our rental and storage cost. • The small number of snagging items were completed in a timely fashion. Tom and his team showed a strong work ethic to rapidly progress the project. This required good project management skills and a range of contacts. I believe the workmanship to be of a high standard.

  Kitchen and toilet refurb

  Tom and his guys did a great job overhauling our office kitchen and toilet. Very happy with the result and there was little disruption. Comms great throughout and no issues during or after the work.

  2 story extension to side, rear and addition of a new dormer/attic floor with new roof.

  Our extension build went very smoothly. The builders were punctual and consistent, people worked on on our job until it we completed. They were accurate with our price, the project came within budget
