I sent a message to Hallmark Smith yesterday in regards to rubbish removal came round the same day for a quote and cleared the day after. Very happy with the service I received quick and reliable and it was so nice walking down my garden path without lots of rubbish.

Extremely high level of service. George and his colleague arrived early and just cracked on with loading the truck. Very polite and professional. Pre job communication was excellent. They were booked to arrive at 9.00 but because George had taken into consideration possible traffic, but had a good run, they were 15 minutes early. They were clear by 9.20. All rubbish had been picked up, even little bits of litter that had blown onto the drive. I was given an invoice and a Transfer of Waste document showing where the load was going. All in all a professional and assuring experience.

George came in time Monday morning with only one day of advance notice and carried out the removal perfectly, providing me with a receipt and a clear trace of where the waste was taken from and in which facility it would be disposed in. Overall highly recommended
