New porch extension and internal alterations to existing property
We are so pleased with the works carried out. It was completed on time, on budget and with minimum disruption. All tradespeople were efficient, courteous cleaned up after their work.

Extension
Hallmark do exactly what they say they will do and constantly kept us updated. They were punctual, polite, extremely clean and tidy and respectful of our environment and home-life. Their workmanship was of an outstandingly high quality; not only our opinion, but those of neighbours (some of whom are retired tradesmen) and in particular they have an attention to detail which was extremely noticeable throughout the build. At every stage we felt completely at ease and were informed as to the next phase. Hallmark are perfectionists. We cannot fault their work, nor their competitive fee.

Single storey extension
I would highly recommend Nathan, Robert and his team at Hallmark home builds, they have just completed our house extension and it looks amazing. The whole team were hardworking, tidy and polite. Nathan and Rob were always available if we had questions and kept us updated though out the build. We are very happy with all the works carried out and would be happliy use them again for future works.

2 storey extension
Nathan and his team were brilliant from start to finish. He was accurate with his quote, turned up on time every time. I could really tell he knew what he was doing he liaison with the architect and structural engineer and even with building regulations. His team were clean and tidy, some days I had to leave them on site alone and I was more then happy to do this. The workmanship was excellent and that's coming from a fussy customer. You can't go wrong with hallmark home builds and I can't wait to have them back for the next project

Extension and new kitchen
Very professional punctual and fantastic standard of work, always polite and always tidied up. Would definitely recommend and use his service again. Listened to my requirements and guided me through any decisions to ensure I have my dream kitchen and more useable space in my extension. Also laid my patio in my garden .

Garden changed and internal walls
Excellent work could not complain at all so friendly and kept me updated all the way through and worked with me and the outcome I was so happy with
