Hired Wesley from Hallmark Improvements to carry out my bathroom renovation and he completely ruined my bathroom! Extremely unprofessional, took on a job he wasnt qualified to do, damaged my tiles by cutting them with a grinder and left them crooked and uneven, left me with a leaking shower due to him fitting it incorrectly. BLOCKED MY DRAIN BY FLUSHING GROUT DOWN THE TOILET. There is so much more appalling work he carried out. Now has cut off all contact and refused to solve the problem. I have photos of his shoddy work and cannot believe the audacity of this company!

Wesley always phoned before he turned up to check it was a convenient time. He then arrived on time and was always polite, hardworking and tidy.

Wesley has been reliable from the start. I explained that I'd ordered fitted wardrobes from a company online and were flat packed. He priced up the job quickly which was very reasonable and agreed on. He responded to all my calls and emails and kept me informed if he was delayed. He arrived promptly each day. Wesley has done a great job with my wardrobes and they look pretty amazing. He is a perfection and made sure everything fitted well and paid attention to detail. He is very hardworking and even took away all our boxes. Wesley went above and beyond. I highly recommend Hallmark Improvements
