Rhys was excellent throughout. He gave us useful advice and guidance even before we had employed him. He sought to save us money when he could, coming in well under the quoted amount. The work was of a very high standard and a number of extra jobs were done for free. Highly commended!

Honest, thorough, professional, polite, tidy and punctual - these guys were brilliant. Rhys went over and above in providing his expert opinion and saved me a fortune as I was about to sign off on another roofer doing a load of unneccessary work. I can't recommend Rhys and his team highly enough. They are very much in demand - but worth the wait (in gold)!

Hallmark completed an excellent job on my house last week, replacing the fascias, soffits and guttering, and painting the rendering. Very professional and courteous, explaining everything throughout. Rhys had been very considerate and patient when I had postponed the work a couple of times earlier this year due to health issues. Hallmark had previously done a smaller job for me replacing the guttering on my conservatory. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Hallmark did a terrific job cleaning our moss-covered roof and clearing out our clogged gutters. They were rather let down by the scaffolding firm who were unreliable (and are no longer being used by Hallmark!) but Hallmark themselves and Rhys in particular kept us updated and they were clearly as frustrated as us by the scaffolders. Rhys sent us a video taken from a drone of the before and after and the difference is remarkable. We are very pleased with the work.
