10 New boiler and central heating upgrade

We had problems with radiators not heating up down stairs after initial visit and open discussion it was decided to change central heating to a closed pressured system and fit a new boiler (ours was 23years old) Work was carried out very professionally and courteously. Richard Hall was always very punctual turning up when he said he would. He was very easy to work with and talk to. He showed great customer service. Richard thoroughly explained what he was doing and how the system would work when the job was complete. Richard helped me to install the software so we could control the church heating using our phones. Richard also stated that he was available to talk to or he would come back if we had any queries about the heating.
