Subject: HOUSE SURVEY
• The roof covering is in a new condition with bonding gutter fitted to the neighbouring roof which has a similar tile covering, there was evidence of water ingress and staining to the front bedroom sloping ceiling to the external wall, as the roof has a sprocketed eaves the first row of roof tiles has a below recommended pitch although there is evidence of eaves trays being fitted. • However inspection revealed this to be incomplete, due to the pitch of the roof tile and the eaves detail installation water is tracking back and enter the property due to capillary action

Slight problem with flashing at the rear and repaired the same day
Another call stating problem at the front of property, attended the same day and found no problem but was met with verbal and physical threats to my team and was told to leave property
Customer got a roofing architect report and states that eves trays not fitted correctly with capillary action, the roof is 37 degree so it's not possible, phone customer to try and resolve but told they were taking us to court
Asked about loft insulation pushed into eves which we had nothing to do with but can cause a problem, no response, trying to claim full amount of roof back??

2 to 3 roofs completed a week with no complaints, disgusting behaviour, been in buissness 1989, never had a customer like it trying there best to get there money back for a job well done like all of our work
