Writing this on behalf of my parents who have had a Halton stairlift fitted . Anthony the guy who fitted it got straight to the job , very professional. Once fitted he showed us how to use it correctly and was very patient with my elderly mom showing and explaining everything to her. Very pleased with the work and the stairlift. Would recommend

Good communication before appointment time. On time for appointment Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable during fitting. Tidied up after installation. Instructions and guidance for user. Overall a very positive and 5 star review for Anthony.

Lift installer was brilliant

Sorry, don't know engineers name but, he rang to let me know arrival time, arrived promptly, then went out of his way to show me different ways stairlift could be fitted, and advising options. Did an excellent, neat & tidy job, then demonstrated & explained how it worked. He left booklet with same details written down, & made sure I understood it all before he left. I chose this company based on friends recommendation, & would no hesitation recommending to others!

I was very pleased with our initial contact with Megan who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in describing the product and measuring the stairs, the engineer arrived on time following a phone call and fitted the stairlift without any complications.
