About Hames and Sons Locksmiths
I'm Ross Hames, owner of Hames and Sons Locksmiths. Since 1997, I've been helping homeowners and businesses across South East Kent with lock repairs, lock replacements, lockouts and security upgrades.
Over the years I've built a reputation for honest advice, reliable workmanship and fair pricing.
When you contact Hames and Sons, you'll deal directly with me, not a call centre or subcontractor. I'm DBS Checked, Checkatrade Vetted and fully insured for your peace of mind.
I cover Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Ashford, Folkestone, Dover, Deal, Hythe, Margate, Ramsgate and the surrounding areas.
I offer a no call-out fee service and a no fix, no fee policy. If I arrive and can't fix the problem, you won't pay a penny.
Whether you're locked out, have a snapped key, a jammed door, or a lock that simply won't work properly, I can help. Many customers think they need a new door when the real problem is a failed gearbox or locking mechanism. In most cases, I can repair the fault and save you the cost of replacing the entire door.
My fully stocked mobile workshop carries a wide range of locks, cylinders, handles and parts, allowing most repairs to be completed on the first visit.
