10 Flat roof repair

The roof covering was old and leaking, when roof removed the joists were found to be loose and rotten. These were replaced and secured, new fibreglass roof and insulation was added. Now looks fantastic. The lads worked hard throughout the day, all debris cleared up and everything left tidy. They did need to return to complete the extra works, but contact was excellent throughout with careful explanation of the problems and solutions. From the moment Adam arrived to provide a quote for the work that needed to be carried out he was clear and concise. Explained everything to me and why it needed doing. Commutation was excellent throughout the whole process, let me know of any issues and helped rectify anything that cropped up. Adam arrived today, exactly on time, after messaging me his arrival time earlier. He was very polite and professional. Right away we discussed the issues and he got his ladder from the van. He inspected the flat roof on my garage and provided me with photographs, talked through what he seen and offered solutions. It was refreshing that he was honest with his findings and advised the roof was in good order. He forwarded me a written statement of his findings the same day. Would highly recommend Adam to anyone. Adam, Braden and the team replaced two flat roofs with new GRP (fibre glass) roofing. Job was completed inside one day, a Saturday to help prevent any internal damage due to a bad leak. They returned 2 weeks later and replaced the pitched roof again the work apart from a couple of minor things was completed inside the day, they returned early Monday to remove the remaining rubbish and finish the minor points.
