Terry was very helpful, friendly and polite. He was good value for money, and completely trustworthy. I was initially a little bit concerned because the new hot water cylinder plus lagging didn't quite fit into the airing cupboard. So he had to shave off some of the lagging! However, I am generally very pleased with the new hot water tank. It is very economical. TJ came out to investigate a leak in our bathroom. Communication was great and he arrived when he said he would. He found the source of the leak efficiently and was transparent about his pricing.
