    We are one week into the refurbishment of our Victorian flat which is estimated to take eight to nine weeks. We are stripping it back to its bare bones to replace all the services, fit insulation and sound proofing and reconfigure the layout for optimal contemporary living. The team have been astonishing so far. Totally professional. Calm and considered when dealing with the unexpected e.g ‘live’ rotting and unstable walls! Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is first rate. Neighbours have been comforted and reassured and progress is phenomenally fast. We could not be more content.
