Blinds
Mark attended on time, was very helpful friendly had a wide range of products and samples to choose from. He did all the measurements sent in a quote which I accepted. He then fitted them really quickly and they look great. They complement the spaces they are in really well. The whole process was smooth and painless which is what I like my dealing with trades to be but do not always get this experience. Replacement vertical blinds for vaulted window
Mark was very efficient, he regularly updated us on all progress, nothing was too much trouble. He fitted out two apartments for me one with vertical blinds and one with Venetian blinds, both products were made of quality products. Curtain poles and curtains supplied and installed
The service we received from Mark was like nothing we have experienced before. Not only was Mark in frequent contact in the lead up to agreeing the curtains we would like, but his incredibly high touch and personal service post sale was amazing. Normally you find that once a product sale has been agreed, you aren’t so important. This couldn’t be less of the case with Mark and his company. We would recommend them without a moment’s hesitation. The curtains are beautiful and ultimately exactly what we wanted, but it was the service which made our experience so unique.
