very responsive and job done in good time and for a good price

Quick and clean job. Local company stated my system was too old and needed replacing. Hampshire Fire & Security came out, assessed the job, completed at a fraction of other price quote.

Arrived on time. Great communication. Explanations given. Cleaned up at end of job.

Aaron did a good tidy job, explains things well, tidy worker, good comms. He had to postpone a visit but kept me in touch.

Aaron was helpful when we called and tried to resolve the issue over the phone rather than incurring a call out charge by giving advice, which sadly did not work so he had to come out to repair. He was very supportive and worked to fit in a time that was convenient for both of us to come to fix the alarm. He understood the need to sort the issue swiftly and so was very accommodating even though he was busy. The alarm was fixed swiftly with a new battery, fuse and reset of the system. Thank you very much for your quick response and support.
