I called James in distress after our builder had repointed our house in cement and left dust residue that stained all the bricks. James and Ash came and saved the day. They have done a fantastic job of cleaning the bricks and repointing in lime. They take real pride in their work and did their best to limit the dust (but there’s no escaping it entirely). Our house looks great again and people are even ringing our doorbell to ask who did the repointing. I almost miss seeing Ash and James everyday because they were a pleasure to have working for us (lots of tea helped too).

We have used Sandown for wall tie replacement and repointing jobs previously and would certainly use them again and we are very happy to recommend them. Recently, James and Ash carried out wall tie replacement work to the front elevation of our home. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled and work is always completed to the highest standards.

We cannot thank James and Ash from Sandown enough for their excellent work repointing our Edwardian home. They used lime mortar with a weather struck finish and the results are fantastic. They are friendly, professional and highly skilled.
