  5 new windows and front door

  Problems since windows were fitted nearly 4 years ago. ( windows not opening). Informed of problem, but as it was during lockdown, unfortunately couldn't be rectified until after,I was promised. Eventually turned up to rectify problem only to be told manufacturers( recommended by HWD)had discontinued the windows. So could only fix,not replace, windows. So, 2 windows ' fixed', but another has jammed since. Despite numerous attempts to get it sorted, it's still not fixed. Poor,poor aftercare from this company. Despite guarantees when fitted. Not happy.

  Replacement of 2nd floor balcony patio door

  You know that feeling when you have been to a restaurant that was so good you can’t wait to go back. That’s Dan at Hampshire W and D. He kept the survey appointment on time. The quote was considerably more competitive than 4 others. He delivered and installed 2 weeks ahead of the estimated supply date. They worked with courtesy and safety. Making interim tidy ups as they worked. The workmanship and final finish was to the highest standards. I can throughly recommended using Dan and his team. Well done thanks for a great job.

  Replacement Front Door and side windows

  Fantastic service from Dan and team. HWD weren't the cheapest quote that I recieved, however the quality of the door that they offer along with the service promised (supported by customer reviews) left me feeling that I'd be in safe hands, and I absolutely was! The door fitting went smoothly and they have done a professional job all round. However I noticed that two of the glass panes had a manufacturing fault and messaged Dan, he didn't quibble at all and ordered two replacement panes which the team fitted. The result is fantastic. We now have a warm, secure entrance.

  3 sash windows and 1 door

  Although I gave an excellent review before on the work I had done, I should now point out the aftercare is terrible!! During showing me how the locks work Dan broke 1, said he'd repair it straight away, it took me 3 months of patience then a few texts for him to arrive just to tell my mum he couldnt do it, and has made no attempt to return, the lock is still in my drawer 1 of the 3 windows has a major draught and sounds like there's a hurricane outside where sometimes I have to sit upstairs as its so loud, Dan tells me there made this way, I'm disabled not stupid!!!!

  All the work was fitted correctly We went back and changed the restrictor We wanted to change the lock but could not as the owner was at work he is the one that made the appointment Also I spoke with the manufacturer and the windows are fit for purpose

  Repairs

  We had a builder which fitted a window and a set of french doors which where leaking . Dan and his team came a found the issue of the leaking instantly . Dan explained the problem and repairs . They had been installed incorrectly which required removing and putting them in properly. Dan and his team come and done all of the repairs .They were amazing could not have been happier , all of the work was carried out over two days they worked cleanly and respectfully I was informed throughout the whole process. Refitted my gutters as they were also fitted incorrectly fantastic company A******

  Composite door 8 windows
