I had a 20 year old boiler that stopped working. Walied was efficient and came to the rescue quite quickly. He tried to all he could to fix it. In the end he advised that it was best to just get it replaced. He replaced it quite quickly. Highly recommend Walied and his team.

Had Walied help with the repair of my heating system and installation of a new boiler. Everything went well but he suddenly disapeared despite being already paid and without providing the required gas certificate, gas safe registration, nor finalizing the installation/repair. I was left with a disfunctioning system and had to use another plumber to complete the work and issue the certificate at cost. Not sure what to think about this situation. Will update the review if I hear from him but no answer so far.

Waleed was recommended to me by a friend, and how right she was! He has since serviced my boiler, flushed and replaced a radiator valve, and installed a new kitchen tap for me. He is always professional, courteous, and trustworthy, and will go above and beyond to help. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.

My boiler had been loosing pressure for a while and another plumber had quoted £900 to fix it. So I wanted other professionals opinions and quotes. Walied replied to my advert within 24 hours, quoted me nearly £700 less than the previous plumber and was incredibly efficient and reliable! I am now sitting in a warm flat and haven't had to top up my boiler!
