Harriet and her girls arrived with their kit at 12:30 yesterday to complete their first clean of our house. They were courteous and communicated well with each other to check that nothing was missed. The work was finished in 1.5 hours. My only concern is that I have been unable to contact Harriet . H&A Cleaners did an incredible job of the end of tenancy clean. The house had not been maintained and was in a state, but Harriet and the team did an amazing job ensuring everything was spotless. Harriet took time to quote accurately and explain the process with regards to the windows and carpets being cleaned etc. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything and were very friendly and reliable. I've always had a cleaner, but none of them have been as good as Harriet and her crew. They went way beyond the realms of any other I've experienced and left my home spotless. Needless to say they now come every fortnight and I can't recommend them highly enough.
