    First time using this company and couldn’t fault their service, from booking to completion; customer care, availability, communication, price (with different options to pay), their services were excellent. Darren was polite, professional and helpful and appreciated that he kept in contact with us regarding arrival timing. Will definitely use them again!

    Bad experience

    Everything was well when they first reached out to setup appointment. Then they cancelled both the scheduled appointment with lame reason and promised to reschedule. Since then, no communication nor email from them. Is quite unprofessional.

    Leaking sink and boiler issue

    The plumber tightened all the joints under the sink but needs to return as the leak has returned. While in the house he also examined the boiler to address the intermittent firing and increased the temperature setting to a more appropriate level.
