So bad that when I had people in to redo my kitchen they asked if I had done the work myself! I replied that I would have done a better job. Ongoing problems with disasterous plumbing, tiles falling off walls, water drains from the bath through the kitchen ceiling. Discovered afterwards that the toilet seat (bought as part of the deal) is not the one that should have been there. We had Jon mount a floating shelf into our solid brick living room wall. He did an excellent job. It looks perfect. Jon was on time and very friendly! Jon arrived on time and assembled the office desk and installed a wall mounted garden parasol. My dining table was assembled by another tradesman and one of the parts was missing and had now arrived, so Jon kindly obliged and fitted that too. I thought it was a simple job, but it turned out to be a little bit more complicated, but Jon took it is in his stride. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is friendly, chatty and tidy.
