Ryan came on the day I called him, and I was grateful for that as my letterbox had been destroyed by an aggressive courier who couldn’t be bothered to ring the doorbell and instead he forced a package through the letterbox, which completely destroyed it. The new letterbox proved really difficult to fix, and I can’t believe how good humoured Ryan remained until he finally got it fitted. He stayed on way beyond the time I would expect him to work, so thank you very much Ryan.
