  Best ever gas boiler replacement experience

  A new boiler was installed in a very tight position in my kitchen alongwith replacement pump / valves and large radiator in my kitchen which was previously electrically provided. This included Hive thermostat additions The final result was a superbly fitted boiler and all other items which now heats my whole house and controlled via my WiFi internally and remotely The gas engineer and his fitter were extremely progressional with everything done to more than my satisfaction in a no hassle and cheerful manner .Would always use this firm going forward and recommend to all our family / friends

  outstanding Customer service + Installation

  From receiving Quote to installation could not fault in any way Arrived when said they would . Quote was prompt and all options fully explained. Day of fitting arrived as agreed No issues high quality tradesman doing the work Clean and Tidy taking Care of owners property. Once Installed very clear and simple instructions on operating Boiler and Thermostats. Cannot recommend Highly enough.

  Replacing radiators

  I requested a quote and received it the same day as the initial visit. Price was excellent. Fitting date was a week after I received my quote. Fitters arrived on time on the day and were polite and courteous. They worked very efficiently and left the house spotless. They did thorough tests on my new radiators to ensure they were working properly and answered any questions I had. I was kept informed throughout the process. Can't reccomend this company highly enough ! Fantastic customer service, quality workmanship and products. A pleasure to deal with !

  Gas Boiler and Heating Installation

  Gordon and Scott at Hannah and Howie were brilliant from start to finish. Professional, polite and easy going. At first visit Gordon reassured me that his company had the experience to fit our gas central heating pipes from void space under our flooring. The job was completed on time we were kept up to date at every step and we are delighted with our new heating system. The last day when we came home from work the guys had tidied and hoovered our home then Scott talked me through how to operate our Hive. I would definitely recommend Hannah and Howie to friends and family without hesitation!

  Boiler replacement

  Boiler replaced within a week of being quoted. Excellent service all round from the initial quote to the work being carried out, Was given a call back on the Monday morning with regards my enquiries and Gordon was round within a few hours to check out the scope of work, was quoted that afternoon and agreed on the Friday for his team to fit the new boiler. Installation only as i had already purchased new boiler. The team arrived promptly on the friday morning and had the old boiler removed and new one fitted, tested and signed off within 4 hours. Excellent workmanship, highly recommended.
