Paul always explains what needs to be done and does what he says he will.

Very helpful coming out on a Sunday and good advice given about future work I'm planning.

Paul services our boiler every year as part of the 10 year guarantee. He is happy to show you what he is doing and explains why it is necessary. There are many items which are apparently not serviced by other engineers which could cause unreliability or even eventual failure. Paul is very thorough and does a proper job - we haven't had any problems at all with our Ideal boiler over the four years since it was installed. I hope that his annual attention will keep our boiler running flawlessly for many more years to come. I would sincerely recommend Paul every time!!

With our boiler down and a small baby, I was in need of somebody pretty sharpish and Paul was absolutely brilliant! Despite having a busy day, he came round the day I called and fitted a new valve. He really went out of his way to make sure we had a working boiler. I couldn't recommend him enough - cheers Paul!

Got us running with heating and hot water for Christmas. Can't thank them enough, worth the money and will certainly recommend!

Paul was really friendly and squeezed us in on a busy day because our heating had gone on the coldest day of the year so far. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again.
