  Hanna and her team is very reliable and we had no issues communicating with her despite our relatively packed cleaning schedule since August, when we started running the house as an Airbnb. The cleaning was done professionally and all our guests so far have left 5-star reviews. If I had to complain at all, their fee is a little on the high side. Then again, they fully deserve it for the good standard of work carried out. If you'd like to run a quality house, then work with quality cleaners like them :)

• Full of promises but..........

  We have a property in Sutton Coldfield that needs a weekly clean in communal areas. Hanna and I discussed and agreed costs. Promise after promise made from Hanna that she would get to the property to start the process and in the end, nothing. My last message was to say, if you don't want the job, just let me know. Hasn't had the courtesy to return my call.
