End of Tenancy / Move Cleaning

End of tenancy professional clean
Hannah and her team were hired to clean my property following the end of a tenancy. The price shot up from a reasonable hourly rate to a significant one-off cost. This included VAT but no VAT invoice was provided. Rather, I received a paper invoice scribbled on a invoice booklet. The standard of cleaning was terrible. I was assured of a through clean of the Kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. Instead, these were hardly wiped over with clearly visible issues. They were in a rush to leave, and promises to come back to correct the issues. It has been over 3 months now and no return.

Fresh cleaned house for moving into!
Hanna was very warm and eager when she turned up. After a quick chat and tour of the house, she then quickly got to work with her team - all of whom were really polite and smiley. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Builder's clean
Hannah contacted me swiftly even though it was the weekend. Telephoned me and quickly agreed a price for the clean. The team were amazing as this was a very challenging clean. I would use Hannah and her team again, no question.

End of the tendency
The Lady was on time. They cleaned everything that was to be cleaned: windows, doors, owls, etc. Very respectful and nice ladies. I recommend to everyone
