10Verified ReviewAlfie was great. Refitted a pod point charger to make space for an EON isolation switch. Everything was great. The EON fitted their switch. My electric car no longer charged. EON decided it wasn't an emergency and said they would send an engineer out sometime next week. Alfie had a look at their installation over the phone. Told me a clamp was in the wrong place. Drew where to put it, told me it was safe for me to do it - just unclip, move and reattach. Everything works perfectly. Alfie provided such a great service in the original fitting and again to help sort out EON's incompetence.
