9 Electrical Installation Condition Report - Safety Checks - EICR
Posted 23 October
Compliance with EICR
The company have been extremely helpful, as a new landlord I was inexperienced in EICR regulations. They fitted in around my available time, and produced the report, quoting me for minimal remedial work as the initial inspection was unsatisfactory to enable the property to pass. Communication with the company has been prompt and efficient. Remedial work was again fitted in to work with my available time, and when had a query about one aspect, a further visit was arranged within 72 hours. Property now has a satisfactory EICR report. Many thanks, will not hesitate to use the company again.Job location: PO229 Fault Finding

Great service!!! and extremly quick response.
We had a panic phone call from our elderly mother in law in West Sussex late Sunday evening that the house lights were not working. With the help of a carer we were able to plug in some table lamps. My wife sent a text to Hants Electrical that evening. We received a text response and first thing Monday morning &one of Hants Electrical were on their way. We received a call when the engineer was outside the house. within 30 minutes the engineer had called back to notify us of the problem and the solution. The cost for this exceptional service was very reasonableVerified reviewerJob location: BN17
