Great customer service, really accommodating to date changes, competitive quote

These guys really are happy. They were very pleasant and did a good job

Happy2Move are dishonest and not to be trusted. We asked for five removal men to help move a table into a privately-hired van (sourced via a separate company). Happy2Move then tried to charge us £600 for this - by duping us into signing on an old quote. When we reminded them that we'd only used five men for 15 minutes, they refused to alter. Happy to Move claim they will 'help you to keep the cost of moving to a minimum, charging only by the hour.' This is obviously a blatant lie. I would strongly advise that you do not trust this business.

Really polite and very hardworking staff, they turned up on time and were very efficient, I can’t believe how much they did, we had a large 4 bedroomed house and our purchase fell through so everything was taken into storage, it all went very well and I would 100% recommend them, a big thank you to the two men that worked tirelessly, we are based in Birmingham and were introduced to the removals by spacestation storage

The two guys were great from the moment they arrived. Very polite, and nothing was too much trouble. They even took equipment that our IT company couldn't fit in their van! When they arrived at our new office it was quite a trek to get to the actual unit, up stairs, along corridors and all done with a smile. It really helped that these guys took the anguish and worry of the move completely off my shoulders, with their 'can do, no problem' attitude. I can not rate them highly enough.
