We received a quick response and quote for call out to fix our fridge and managed to book an engineer for the very next day which was great! When the engineer arrived he took one look at the fridge and confirmed the issue, advising us that there was no fix and we would have to get a replacement, however he did not charge us the full £75 call out fee and was so kind only to charge us for petrol as he didn’t do anything so we were really impressed with the service we received as other companies would have likely still charged us the full amount. Thank you we will definitely be using you again.

The engineer was polite and helpful. He did a neat job of putting up my new cooker hood and in addition upgraded the junction box, which I hadn’t realised needed doing. Happy customer!

This company made the appointment very efficiently, came when they said they would and were able to fix my dishwasher immediately which I was very surprised about! A great experience and would definitely use again.
