Great experience. They were clear about when they could go to the property, what the problem was and tried to find the replacement part. They showed that it was discontinued and gave me three suitable replacement options all at different prices allowing for my budget. Kept in touch when ordering and then replacing the dishwasher. Great job, thank you. Will use again.

Fantastic from start to finish. He was communicative and helpful, and was able to schedule in a visit within a very short time-frame. The technician arrived promptly (several hours before the end of the allotted window), worked quickly and professionally, and took the time to explain the issue / associated fix / prevention of the same issue in future. The 1-year guarantee on work completed also gives peace of mind.

Oven stopped working. They sent an engineer to have a look on the same day and found the issue immediately and for free under the 1 year warranty.
