We would highly recommend Happy Building! We have just finished the ‘Stage 01’ planning stage with Geo, and were so impressed by his creativity and many clever ideas for our project. He handled the process from initial meeting through to planning efficiently and with great enthusiasm. We felt Geo really listened and involved us in the decision making. Happy Building may be at the top end of your budget but if you want a top end architect who will challenge your thinking with innovative ideas, guide you through the planning application process, alway be by your side and deliver the edgy planning permission you never thought you'd get, then these guys fit the bill. Nothing but positive words to say about our experience with Happy Building so far. Geo took our brief and nailed it more or less straight away and we've been impressed with the service to date. Working with Geo on our project has made life a whole lot easier & something that initially seemed so daunting/stressful has so far been a delightfully calm experience. Can't wait to see what comes next.

The architect was knowledgeable and helpful, and the package provided by HB Cheam was very attractive. Our only issue was with the document management and comms system used to share plans etc with us as customers - the system was not user friendly and seemed unnecessarily difficult for members of the public to navigate. Fortunately, HB Cheam have taken the decision to stop using it and change to the much simpler use of emails with attachments to communicate with thier customers.
