Was referred to them and 100% would use them again. They were very polite and flexible, left my apartment looking brand new for the end of my tenancy clean up at an affordable price. Couldn’t appreciate them more. 100% recommend.

Cleaners arrived 30 mins late without calling to let us know. Upon arrival demanded cash payment for £130 more than the price quoted at booking. Cash requirement wasn't made clear beforehand. Clean was not carried out to professional standard and there was dirt left in multiple places around the house, this was further proven by the results of the inspection which deemed it a domestic level clean resulting in us having to pay for another clean. Company accepted responsibility but refused to offer any kind re-compensation. Terry has ignored multiple letters and emails.
