    Full house cleaning

    After a few bad experiences with other cleaning companies, we’re very pleased to have found Happy Cleaning. They do a monthly clean of the full house … sometimes including a deep clean of oven and fridge …. they are very flexible, always ask what priorities are at each clean. Cleaners are pleasant, reliable and very thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent customer service, and very thorough cleaning. Would highly recommend.

    End of tenancy clean

    Charged £565 for a dirty 2 bed flat end of tenancy clean. The cost was more than doubled at the last minute. They didn't clean to a professional standard, according to both the rental agency and the third party inventory people. They were absolute arseholes about it too. Used every trick in the book to deny us a refund. We're still trying to get it. They demanded to be paid in cash too, which is suspect. Are they avoiding tax?

    Deep clean empty house

    Paid £120 for 7 hour deep clean got 3 people for 2 hours Oven still had stuff in between door had to finish cleaning myself. Cupboards still have stains in but were wiped down. Windows wiped but still had stuff under handles so not cleaned again just wiped I had to hoover bedroom 5 times myself to get all dust and hair from carpet so they either did it once or not at all, i did not get a deep clean just a quick wipe. They were on their phones when I came. DO NOT USE FOR DEEP CLEAN YOU WILL NOT GET ONE!!
