  Deep Clean of 3 bedroom house

  After 4 quotes, decided on HAPPY CLEANING who happened to be the cheapest. The professionalism and standard of work was exceptional, given that it was an End of Tenancy deep clean where the tenant had ‘done a runner’ and certainly left the property dirty! Would most certainly recommend!

  Happy was friendly, courteous and punctual. She and her team did a very good job with a thorough clean + carpet shampoo, and made sure we were happy with their work before leaving. To be recommended.

  Full house cleaning

  After a few bad experiences with other cleaning companies, we’re very pleased to have found Happy Cleaning. They do a monthly clean of the full house … sometimes including a deep clean of oven and fridge …. they are very flexible, always ask what priorities are at each clean. Cleaners are pleasant, reliable and very thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent customer service, and very thorough cleaning. Would highly recommend.

  End of tenancy clean

  Charged £565 for a dirty 2 bed flat end of tenancy clean. The cost was more than doubled at the last minute. They didn't clean to a professional standard, according to both the rental agency and the third party inventory people. They were absolute arseholes about it too. Used every trick in the book to deny us a refund. We're still trying to get it. They demanded to be paid in cash too, which is suspect. Are they avoiding tax?
