Sara was very easy to communicate with and did exactly what she said she would do. Mine was not a big job, mending broken legs on a sofa, but she came to me to fix it and did a job that many others couldn't really make the time to do. It has only just been fixed - hence not giving full 10 - as don't know yet if will last - but it seems so far she did a very good job and fixed it . I have my sofa back

We feel very fortunate to have found Sara’s company on check a trader. We had acquired a 1940s folding campaign chair which was in need of major restoration. Looking around we found companies/people were not to keen to ether quote a firm price or guide us through the likely options which could occur whilst doing the work. Sara viewed photos/actual chair then gave us a clear understanding of what work would be done and the price plus options in the event of certain problems arising. Sara did a wonderful job sensitively restoring our bureau so that it kept its originalfeatures.

Sara repaired a lovely old dressing table that I bought second hand. It had some damaged beading and lots of glue build up as well as a chunk missing from the front. I now can’t see any of that and it looks perfect. Thank you very much.

An antique bench was in a very delapidated state, with rotted planks, decayed and fractured metalwork, and lost definition of the cast-iron moulding through multiple paintings. The restoration was an excellent piece of work, beyond our expectations, completed over a relatively short time and including some good suggestions for colours and contrasts between metalwork and new planks.
