Our 20+ year-old boiler finally failed, and choosing Happy Heat was the right decision. Martin visited twice to assess the options, finding a solution that retained our existing cupboard and flue opening while recommending the best boiler technically and financially. Communication was excellent throughout. John and Jack carried out the installation with great care and left everything spotless. When the pump also needed replacing, Lauren and Martin quickly arranged a cost-effective solution. Professional, honest, friendly, and highly recommended.

Lauren visited my home when our boiler completely broke down and we needed a new one. Lauren explained everything that we needed and explained everything about our boiler and extra products we added to the new boiler. Our boiler was installed in one day by Jamie who went above and beyond to fit our new boiler and hive heating all in one day and what a fantastic job he did. Jamie cleared all of the old boiler and parts and there was no mess after to clean up. I would highly recommend Happy Heat if you need a new boiler or a repair or just a service.

Martin was prompt, friendly and polite. He explained everything to me throughout diagnosing the issue with my underfloor heating and a plan to fix it. Will happily use again for any future problems.

Almost. 😄 From start to finish, the service was spot on — friendly, professional, and no messing around.
