Very responsive when quoting and giving additional information of some of the options. Clearly communicated when he'd arrive, what he'd be doing, when he'd need to switch off the power and then went through all the commissioning checks at the end and made tweaks to the setup so that everything was being reported correctly in the app. Would recommend
