Daniel had the equipment and experience to neatly and safely (electric cable close to the work) cut access holes through the Utility Room floor tiling to locate a conduit opening below the floor for passing of an Openreach Fibre cable from a junction box in the road into the space at a later date. He was polite and efficient, and had shoe coverings to prevent marks to floor and carpet, and this was appreciated.
