Toby was brilliant. Came on a Monday for a look at the problems. Gave me an estimated timeframe and price for the work. He wore a mask, maintained social distancing and cleaned his hands. Returned on the Weds to do the job. He was done within an hour. Charged me what he said he would. His work has made such a difference to the house, it is so much warmer and the draughts are pretty much gone. Will definitely ask him to return to do more work later in the year.
