Painful experience with Harding Roofing - rogue trader from my experience- ripped me off £850. I will be lodging an official complaint and reporting to the Trading Standards office. I found Wayne from Checkatrade to replace velux windows .He went to the property and told me there was no need to replace instead refurbish and would be good for the next 10 years. After spending couple of hours in the property, He comes to my place and collects £850 without doing the quoted work. When complained, he said they need to be replaced and I should find someone else to do the job, he cannot refund.

I had a leak in the roof and contacted Harding roofing to check it out and on inspection it was found that some of the old underfelt had rotted away, The area was then recovered with new lining and the leadwork was redone and have had no problems since, Wayne was very professional and polite, I would certainly recommend the company for any roofing work that needs to be carried out. 10 out 10 marks
