    Renovating/fitting of new bathroom

    Sean working on his own completely gutted the bathroom back to bare walls, fitted new radiator, false ceiling, shower, vanity unit, re-routed and hid all the pipework and tiled throughout. He kept us informed through the whole process, kept the mess down to a minimum and did a fantastic job.

    Kitchen and dining room - opening out room, levelling floor, making good the walls, etc

    Sean and his team were great. They completed the works as requested and to a high standard. Our home was left tidy at the end of each day which was thoughtful. Both myself and my partner have been working from home during the whole of the works which we were a little concerned about but everyone who came into our home was considerate of this and we were given notice when there was likely to be noise, etc. If I was having works done at some point in the future I would not hesitate to contact Hardy Build and Maintenance - highly recommended!

    Exposed brick chimney breast restored, replastering, tiling, fixing electrics and floor laid.

    The work we had done was completed across several weeks and as a result we met several members of the team: they were all fabulous. The team were friendly, and I was very comfortable having them in my home and the work completed looks brilliant. I am so happy with every element of it. Sean was approachable and understanding of last minute changes of mind. I wouldn't hesitate having them back for further projects.

    Basement stripped, kitchen fitted.

    Brilliant job: perfect finish in the kitchen, very tidy and great communication throughout. Went above and beyond fixing shabby windows while fitting kitchen. Highly recommend.
