  Door Fitting / Hanging

  Posted 27 August

  Panelling, doors hung, cupboards fitted.

Unfortunately, we’ve been left really disappointed after using Jack for a couple of projects at our home. Some of the work he completed has since failed, a door he fitted has dropped and now doesn’t close, panelling has fallen off the wall, and there are also a couple of outstanding jobs he was meant to come back and finish. We’ve given him the benefit of the doubt for weeks, assuming there may be a genuine reason why he hadn’t got back to us. Both my husband and I have called and messaged him multiple times, from both of our phones, even checking that everything was okay with him. We’ve had absolutely no response. We’ve been more than patient and would have been completely understanding if he’d simply communicated with us, but to completely ignore customers when work you’ve completed needs putting right and there are unfinished jobs is really disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, based on our experience and the complete lack of aftercare or communication, I wouldn’t recommend him.

  Excellent Job.

Cannot fault the work Jack did, very professional and quick. You can tell Jack takes pride in his work as he ensured the works carried out were done to a high standard. Reliable, professional, great communication, tidy.

  Will go above and beyond

Could not be happier with the work carried out by Jack. We found Jack half way through our build and have used him ever since for large and small jobs. No job as ever an issue. Excellent work, quick, efficient and reliable. Jack will go above and beyond.

  Professional, prompt and good value!

Replaced our cellar stairs. Really professional service, work completed very soon after first contact, and for a lower price than initially quoted!

  Fantastic Craftsmanship

Jack was fantastic for us, doing three separate projects in a short timeframe for us at a very reasonable cost. Pleasure to have in our home and left it tidy each day he was doing works. We will be sure to use Jack again for all our future home projects!

  Outstanding Carpentry – Highly Recommended!

Jack did an outstanding job fitting our skirting boards, hanging our oak doors, and installing the architraves. The quality of his workmanship is exceptional, and he kept us informed with great communication throughout the entire project. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack for any carpentry work. 😁
