Ady was fantastic! We had a broken part on our boiler and he provided advice and was able to come quickly to resolve the issue and perform a service on the boiler at the same time. Ady was professional and polite, we would definitely recommend him and will be using him again.

Ady came over at such short notice and did a great job of fixing our heating and hot water. Top bloke and very knowledgeable. He even checked in during the week whilst we waited for a spare part.

Yesterday we had Ady from Hackett Heating and Gas to carry out an annual service on our Gas Boiler. It was the first time we have used Ady. Wow! All I can say I was extremely impressed by both his knowledge , professionalism and attention to detail. Exceptional service. Fast , Friendly and efficient. Definitely at a higher level than most.
